extension may be done as a pre-tour or post-tour program.
Day
01: Staff transfers you to the Cairo airport,
assists with checking in and you fly to Sharm
el Sheikh. You have now left Africa and arrived
is Asia!! Staff will transfer you to the Sonesta
Beach Resort. Free day to enjoy Sharm. Overnight

Day 02: Take it easy, go to
bed early for if you intend to climb
Mt.
Sinai to see the sunrise you
will depart Sharm about midnight this day for the drive
into the mountains. The climb is about 2.5 hours and
only for those in good physical condition. The altitude
at the crest will be about 10,000 feet and it can be
very cold during the winter months. Overnight Sharm

Day
03: If you do
not intend to climb the mountain you will rise early
this day, have breakfast then drive to the base of Mt.
Sinai and visit St.
Catherine's Monastery with it’s famous Chapel of
the Burning Bush. Visit the Rock
of Inscriptions, where travelers have left directions
and messages for 8,000 years. See Ein
Kudra, traditionally hazarot for the Children of
Israel, enjoy lunch at Habiba, a wonderful open air
waterfront restaurant right on the Gulf of Aqaba,
then return to the Sonesta
Beach Resort.

Day 04: Staff transfers you
to the Sharm airport for a flight to Cairo. Arriving,
staff will transfer you to the Fairmont
Heliopolis.
If you have taken this excursion as a pre-tour you will
join the rest of your group at the hotel.

Day 05: If you have taken this
excursion as a post-tour staff transfers you to the
airport, assists with exit formalities and checking
in for your international departure.
TOURS INCLUDE:
Round trip air
from Cairo to Sharm in economy class. All transfers
by air-conditioned vehicle relating to the tour program.
Baggage handling of no more than 2 pieces of luggage
per person however baggage and personal effects are
at the owner's risk at all time during the tour. Hotels
(based on double occupancy). Meals as outlined by B
for breakfast, L for lunch and D for dinner. Fees for
visiting antiquity sites and museums. Services of an
English speaking licensed guide. Service charges and
taxes.
NOT included are: Items
of a personal nature such as tips for guide, phone calls,
laundry, bar bills or drinks with meals, any items not
specifically covered in the included items.

Single Price
is for Single occupancy hotel rooms and cruise cabins
based on a minimum of two travelers. Single travelers
(one person on the tour) would have additional cost.

Note: Most hotels in Egypt have mandatory Christmas
and New Years dinners. These can range from $70 per
person to $150. These dinners are NOT included in the
price as the cost will be published by the hotels until
the late fall.
